Great place. Great employees. I must have called mike in service more times than reasonably acceptable with questions. I gotta hand it to him for not loosing his patience and answering everything! From technical questions to advice about my cam chain and tensioner. They also did the service and had my bike ready when they said they would. I've waited weeks before at other places! Highly recommend.

The staff at Blackstock Motorsports have been good to deal with since I've started patronizing them about 10 years ago. Especially since the pandemic, they work long hours under the pressure of high parts and service demand. In times of nearly impossible supply constraints, somehow they get it done. In no particular order, Andrew, Darryl, Denny, Duncan, Dustin and Josh deserve medals for going above and beyond with a special shout out to Mike the Service Manager. I look at Blackstock Motorsports as an example of what a successful retail sales and service dealer looks like when staff are committed. We are lucky to this level of expertise in our area.
Only experience with these folks was over the phone, so this review is based on customer service alone. Surprised to find that they'd never heard of less common manufacturers (Apollo, Tao) and were pretty rude about it.
